Amy Wilson
Amy specializes in a fast turnaround of thorough, actionable, but kind edits. She loves fiction of all flavors (genre, middle grade, young adult, and adult), as well as memoirs and picture books. She edits with an eye to deepening characterization and tightening the connection between character and plot. She’s an expert at helping put together queries and submission packets that showcase the heart of your manuscript.
Kristen Overman
Kristen is an expert editor who loves getting into the structure of stories. If you’re working on an outline, need some serious plot analysis, or want some extremely detailed manuscript margin notes, she’s the editor for you. She’s especially interested in children’s and adult fiction, memoirs, and picture books. Prefer to talk through your ideas? She enjoys consulting calls or video meetings to help you brainstorm out loud. Kristen is also a specialist when it comes to queries and submission packages, helping writers get their agent relationships off to the very best start.
MICHAL LEAH
Michal provides beta reading, sensitivity reading, and proofreading to help you finesse your manuscript’s final intent and look. She’s passionate about queer and diverse empowerment and making sure you feel heard. She’s also available for phone and video calls for a more collaborative approach.
Rhiannon Richardson
Rhiannon is a writer and editor who’s passionate about middle grade and young adult stories, with experience working on picture book and memoir too! She edits with an eye for plot and character arc, making sure your story has a rounded quality that will leave readers both satisfied and wanting more. She enjoys workshopping writing and talking through the idea stage, so consulting calls and video meetings are welcome! And as an agented author, she knows how to make your query stand out from the slush so that you can catch an agent’s eye as you take that next step.
